Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and efficiency for both block-booked classes and pay-as-you-go classes, please note the following cancelation policy: Block of Classes or Course Enrolment: If you have booked a block of classes or enrolled in a course, refunds and rescheduling options are not available. Your commitment to attend these classes is integral to the structure of our courses, which are offered at a discounted rate to encourage consistent attendance and progress in your belly dance journey. Pay-As-You-Go Classes: If you have enrolled in pay-as-you-go classes, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Prior: You are eligible for a full refund or the option to move your reservation to another week's class if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellation Within 24-48 Hours: If canceled within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled class, you can move your slot to another week's class. However, refunds will not be issued. Less Than 24 Hours: No refunds or rescheduling options are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class. I appreciate your understanding of the importance of accountability and consistency in our belly dance classes.
