What to bring?
Bring some water and a booking confirmation. I will provide hipscarfs but if you have your own bring that too.

What to wear?
Anything comfortable, loose and something that doesn't restrict your movement. Leggings, sports clothes and t-shirts are all okay to wear. You don't have to show your belly if you don't want to! We dance bare foot but please bring some socks if its cold.

What will the taster class involve?
We will start with warm up and a small introduction. Then we will learn some basic Belly Dance moves (hip bumps, hip lifts, chest movement and some steps). We will then put all of this in a small choreography and will practice that a few times. The aim of the session is to have fun and enjoy yourself, there is no pressure to get every move right.


Who can join?
The taster class is aimed at those who never Belly Danced before or have no other dance experience. As well as those who want to refresh their memory after a long Xmas break.
